Anjuman Ara Jamil

Anjuman Ara Jamil (1938–2012) was a Bangladeshi politician and former member of Parliament. She served from 14 July 1996 to 13 July 2001, representing Kushtia as the Women's Seat-8. She was the widow of Brigadier General Jamil Uddin Ahmad. Born in Hashimpur, Kushtia, in 1938, she died on 29 November 2012 at about 74 years old from old-age complications. She was buried in Dhaka Cantonment Graveyard.
