Felipe Muñoz Kapamas (born February 3, 1951) is a Mexican former swimmer who specialized in breaststroke. He won the gold medal in the 200-meter breaststroke at the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City and also competed in the 1972 Olympics. Muñoz has served as president of the Mexican Olympic Committee since 2008 and has been a deputy in the Mexican Congress (the LV and LXII Legislatures). He is of Greek descent on his mother’s side. His nickname, "el tibio" (the lukewarm), has several possible origins.
