Animal Style (song)
Animal Style is a 3:30-minute alternative rock song by Scottish band Biffy Clyro. It is the second single from their seventh studio album Ellipsis. The track was recorded from 2014 to 2016 at Eldorado Recording Studios in Los Angeles, written by Simon Neil and produced by Rich Costey. It was released as a digital download on May 25, 2016, through the 14th Floor label. In the single’s release, it sits after Wolves of Winter and before Howl. The band first played the song live on BBC Radio 1 at Maida Vale Studios with Annie Mac, and later that day it had its live radio debut on Nick Grimshaw’s show while the band co-hosted with Grimshaw and Jack Garratt.
