Sara Barrios
Sara Barrios Navarro (born 4 September 2000) is a Spanish field hockey player who plays as a forward for Club de Campo in Spain’s Liga Iberdrola and for the Spanish national team.
She has a twin sister, Laura Barrios, who also plays for Spain.
Barrios began her international career with the Spain U-21 team in 2017, competing at the EuroHockey Junior Championship in Valencia. She won gold at the 2019 edition, also held in Valencia.
In 2022, she was named to the Spain senior national team. She made her debut in the FIH Pro League and later that year played at the FIH World Cup in Amsterdam and Terrassa.
She has 32 caps and 3 goals for Spain.
She is listed for upcoming events, including the EuroHockey Championship 2025 in Mönchengladbach.
