Angel Agache (born 13 August 1976) is a Moldovan politician who served as a deputy in the Parliament of Moldova. He was a member of the Liberal Democratic Party from 2009 to 2020 and sat on the Legal Commission, Appointments and Immunities. On 9 June 2020 he joined the Pro Moldova group, which became a party on 22 June 2020. He served in Parliament until 2021.

Agache was born in Telenești, then part of the Moldavian SSR. He studied economics and law, earning degrees and a PhD at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, and later studied political management in Bucharest and at the European Institute of Political Studies in Chișinău-Strasbourg.

In his youth he led several student and youth organizations, including chairing the Students League at his university and leading the Federation for Students and Youth Organisations of Moldova.

He married Elena Becciev on 11 November 2011; the wedding took place at Moldexpo and the Metropolitan Cathedral in Chișinău. His godfather was Vasile Dragan, a well-known wine businessman.

In 2014 media reported his assets, including several cars and land, and that his family owns the construction company Tehnodava SRL.
