Andrew Lepani, born 28 August 1979 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, is a footballer who played as a midfielder. He played for PS United Port Moresby (2002–2003), Cosmos Port Moresby (2004–2008), and Hekari United (2009–2013) in the Papua New Guinea National Soccer League. Internationally, he represented the Papua New Guinea national team from 2003 to 2011, earning 12 caps and scoring 5 goals. He is 1.83 meters tall.
