Samuel Gustafson (born 11 January 1995) is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Urawa Red Diamonds in Japan’s J1 League and for the Sweden national team. He was born in Mölndal, Sweden, and is 1.87 meters tall.

Gustafson started his youth football at Fässbergs IF and began his professional career with BK Häcken in 2013. He later moved to Italy to play for Torino, with loan spells at Perugia and Hellas Verona. In 2019 he signed with Cremonese, and in 2021 he returned to BK Häcken for another spell. In December 2023 he joined Urawa Red Diamonds, reuniting with manager Per-Mathias Høgmo who had left BK Häcken days earlier. He made his Urawa debut as a starter in a 2–0 season-opening loss to Sanfrecce Hiroshima.

Internationally, Gustafson played seven times for Sweden’s U21 team between 2015 and 2016. He made his senior Sweden debut on 16 November 2022 in a friendly against Mexico, playing the full match in a 2–1 victory.

His twin brother, Simon Gustafson, is also a footballer and was once his teammate at BK Häcken.
