Andrew Thomas Kaneen Corlett is the Isle of Man’s First Deemster and Clerk of the Rolls. He previously served as Second Deemster from 2011 to 2018, after being Deputy Deemster from 2007. He was appointed First Deemster and Clerk of the Rolls on 10 July 2018.

Earlier in his career, Corlett was a litigation director at the Douglas law firm Simcocks from 2001, specializing in public law, human rights and employment law. He was a Government Advocate from 1995 to 2001, and before that a partner at Dickinson Cruickshank.

Corlett was educated at King William’s College on the Isle of Man, then studied at Pembroke College, Oxford, starting in 1978, and earned a law degree from the University of Oxford. He was called to the English and Manx bars in 1984.
