Jacky Carlier
Jacky Carlier (born 8 November 1961) is a French middle-distance runner. He won the bronze medal in the 3000 metres at the 1989 European Indoor Championships in The Hague, finishing behind Dieter Baumann of Germany and Abel Antón of Spain. He earned his second podium in 1990 at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow, finishing behind fellow Frenchman Eric Dubus. Carlier also won four French national titles: the 1500 metres in 1988, and the 3000 metres in 1988, 1989, and 1995.
