Andrei Bărbulescu (16 October 1909 – 30 July 1987) was a Romanian athlete who played football as a midfielder and also competed in ice hockey for the national team.

Football career
Born in Slatina, he started in the youth ranks of Venus București in 1924 and moved to Juventus București in 1927. He made his senior debut for Juventus in 1930 and later played for Venus București (1932–1940 and 1941–1945) and Sportul Studențesc București (1940–1941). In total, he appeared 162 times in league play and scored 17 goals. He earned three caps for Romania between 1935 and 1938 and was part of the squad for the 1938 World Cup, playing in the group stage replay against Cuba.

At Venus București, Bărbulescu contributed to several league titles during the 1930s, including seasons in which the club won the national championship. He finished his football career after a spell with Sportul Studențesc and a return to Venus, retiring in 1945.

Ice hockey career
Bărbulescu was also an ice hockey right winger. He played for clubs such as Tenis Club Roman București, Telefon Club București, HC Bragadiru București, Venus București, Petrolul București, and Știința Cluj. He represented Romania at the 1947 Ice Hockey World Championships, where the team finished seventh, and his career in ice hockey lasted from 1932 to 1952, during which he won several national titles.

Death
Andrei Bărbulescu died on 30 July 1987, at the age of 77.
