Sil Nakya, Arizona
Sil Nakya is a small populated place in Pima County, Arizona, United States. It sits about 2,211 feet (674 meters) above sea level. Over the years it has been known by several other names, such as Beebhak, San Lorenzo, San Lorenzo Well, Saranake, Seranake, Silinakik, and Silynarki. In 1941, the Board on Geographic Names officially adopted the name Sil Nakya. The name comes from the O’odham language and means "saddle hangs". The coordinates are approximately 32.2217°N, 111.8164°W.
