Andreas Bueno is a Danish middle-distance runner who specializes in the 1500 meters. He was born July 7, 1988. He won silver at the Nordic Cross Country Championships in 2009. In 2012, he set a Danish 1500 m personal best of 3:42.81 in Gothenburg, making him the ninth-fastest Dane ever and earning him a place at the European Championships that year. At the European Championships, he finished ninth in his first-round heat with 3:42.81 and did not advance to the finals. In December 2012, he was hit by a car during training and broke his back in two places, which caused him to miss the 2013 European Indoor Championships and the 2013 World Championships. He won the Danish 1500 m championships in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
