Andrea Canobbio
Andrea Canobbio, born in Turin in 1962, is an Italian writer and translator. He studied at the University of Turin and published his first book in 1986. He has written many works, but is best known abroad for the novel Tre anni luce, translated into English as Three Light-Years by Anne Milano Appel, which received wide praise. He has won several prizes, including the Premio Mondello, the Premio Grinzane Cavour, and the Premio Brancati. As a translator, he has turned works by Rousseau and Jean Echenoz into Italian.
