Ana Carolina Vieira is a Brazilian grappler and Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) competitor from Rio de Janeiro. She has won multiple world titles across belts, including five IBJJF World championships at black belt, four IBJJF Pan Championships, and titles at the Abu Dhabi World Pro and European championships. She co-founded Aviv Jiu-Jitsu with her wife, Hall of Famer Luanna Alzuguir. Vieira is the sister of Rodolfo Vieira, a multiple-time world champion.

Early life and career: Vieira started with capoeira before switching to BJJ at 14, but she stopped because there were few girls. She returned to BJJ at 17 after watching her brother compete. She trained with Gabriel Marinho and, as a blue belt in 2012, won major events including the Abu Dhabi World Pro Trials, the World Championship, and the Brazilian Nationals. She later trained with Grappling Fight Team under coach Julio Cesar Pereira and earned her black belt in June 2016. She became a world champion at black belt in 2017 and won both Gi and No-Gi Worlds in 2018.

Recent highlights: In 2023 she won gold in the -74 kg division at the Pan Championship. In 2024 she won gold at the ADCC World Championship in the under 65 kg division, after winning the South American Trials to qualify. At the 2024 ADCC Worlds she defeated Amanda Leve, Bia Mesquita and Helena Crevar. She competed at ADXC 7 in November 2024, losing by decision to Aurelie Le Vern. She is slated to compete in the Craig Jones Invitational 2 in August 2025.
