Amit Puri (born 28 January 1979) is an Indian chef, author, and entrepreneur from Mumbai. He fell in love with cooking as a child. He earned a hotel management diploma from VGP Hotel Management Academy in Chennai and another diploma from the American Hotel & Motel Association. After training at The Taj Hotel in Mumbai, he began his career at The Orchid in Mumbai. He has worked with brands such as The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Refinery 091, and Afterlife gastropub in Dubai. In 2022, he launched a cloud kitchen in Mumbai called The Blue Tiffin, inspired by India's culinary heritage. He wrote the cookbook Redefining Comfort Food with Chef Amit Puri and has been featured in Femina, Upper Crust India, and Architectural Digest.
