Alexandra Sergeyevna Albedinskaya (1834–1913) was a Russian noblewoman and courtier. She is best known as the royal mistress of Tsar Alexander II from the early 1850s until 1862.

She was born in Saint Petersburg to Prince Sergei Alekseevich Dolgorukov and Maria Alexandrovna Apraksina. She was baptized on November 20, 1834, at the Court Cathedral in the Winter Palace, with Empress Alexandra Feodorovna and Grand Duke Alexander Nikolaevich (the future Alexander II) as sponsors.

In 1853 she became a maid of honour at the court of Empress Maria Alexandrovna, a position that helped provide her a more comfortable life at court.

Albedinskaya was known for being educated, fluent in several languages, and very well read.

She married Pyotr Albedinsky in 1862. They had three children: Maria, Olga, and Alexander. Pyotr Albedinsky died in 1883.

Alexandra Albedinskaya died on September 12, 1913, in Cannes, France, at the age of 78.
