The 2011 BSN Finals ended with Capitanes de Arecibo defeating Piratas de Quebradillas 4–1 to win their fifth BSN title. The series ran from July to August 1, 2011, with Arecibo hosting Games 1, 3, and 5. Guillermo Diaz was named the Finals MVP. It was the first time the two teams met in the Finals, and Arecibo had home-court advantage thanks to a better regular-season record.

Arecibo led early in the series and dominated the first half of the deciding game, building a strong cushion before Quebradillas surged back in the third. In a tense fourth quarter, the Piratas grabbed a late lead and forced overtime after a clutch three-pointer by Danilo Pinnock tied the game with seconds left. In overtime, Diaz and Larry Ayuso sparked a run for Arecibo, and the Capitanes pulled away to secure the title. Diaz finished with 29 points and Ayuso with 26, while Peter John Ramos led the Piratas with a strong performance. The Finals also highlighted a back-and-forth battle, including an overtime win in the series for Arecibo.
