Alexander Thomas Jeremejeff (born 12 October 1993) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a forward for PAOK in the Greek Super League. He is 1.90 meters tall and was born in Kungsbacka, Sweden.

Jeremejeff began playing with local club Tölö IF before joining Örgryte IS’s system in 2005. He made his senior debut with Örgryte in 2011 and later moved to Qviding FIF, where he scored 14 goals in 21 league games in 2013. His performance earned him a move to BK Häcken later that year, and he made his Häcken debut in 2014.

In 2016 he signed for Malmö FF, staying until 2018 when he returned to BK Häcken. In 2019 he joined Dynamo Dresden in Germany, scoring on his debut, and he was later loaned to Twente in 2020. He returned to BK Häcken for 2021–2022, a period in which he scored 33 goals in 54 league games.

In 2023 he moved to Panathinaikos in Greece and was loaned to Levadiakos in 2023. In 2026 he joined PAOK. Jeremejeff has one international cap for Sweden, earned in 2019.
