Forbes Primary School is a public, coeducational primary school in South Plympton, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It serves students from Reception to Year 6 and is part of the South Australian Department of Education. The school opened on 17 October 1952 with a puppet show and a fundraising auction. A fire in 1960 destroyed 17 classrooms, and in 2017 a break-in caused damage. In 2023, about 210 students were enrolled with 21 teachers and 17 non-teaching staff. There were 115 boys and 95 girls, with Indigenous students making up 15% and 40% of students from language backgrounds other than English. The school colors are maroon and white, the motto is "Never less than your best," and the principal is Maureen Davidson.
