Adnan Al-Hafez (born April 23, 1984) is a retired Syrian football goalkeeper from Homs. He spent his club career in the Syrian Premier League with Al-Karamah (2002–2009), Al-Taliya (2009–2010), Al-Wahda (2010–2014), and returned to Al-Karamah (2014–2015).

Internationally, Al-Hafez played for Syria's youth teams from 2003 to 2005, including the U-19 team that finished fourth at the 2004 AFC U-19 Championship and the U-20 team at the 2005 FIFA U-20 World Cup in the Netherlands (where he faced Canada, Italy, and Brazil in the knockout). He earned three senior caps for Syria between 2006 and 2011 and was named to the squad for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar.
