Christopher Ford (screenwriter)
Christopher D. Ford is an American screenwriter, producer, and actor. He is best known for his collaborations with director Jon Watts on Clown (2014), Cop Car (2015), and Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). Ford began as an actor in 2008, starring in I Can See You. He started writing in 2012, drafting Robot & Frank, and soon worked on Thanksgiving with Watts, Eli Roth, and Jeff Rendell. He then wrote Clown (2014) and Cop Car (2015). In 2017, he wrote Spider-Man: Homecoming, his third project with Watts. He also wrote The Clovehitch Killer (2018) and rewrote Chaos Walking (2021). In 2024, Watts and Ford created and executive produced the Disney+ series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
