The 37th (North Hampshire) Regiment of Foot was a line infantry regiment of the British Army, active from 1702 to 1881. It was raised in Ireland in February 1702 by Lieutenant-General Thomas Meredyth as Meredyth's Regiment. In 1751 a royal warrant renamed it the 37th Regiment of Foot, and in 1782 it became known as the 37th (the North Hampshire) Regiment of Foot. The second battalion later became the 75th Regiment of Foot in 1758.

Reforms and amalgamation
- Cardwell Reforms in the 1870s linked single-battalion regiments to share a common depot; the 37th was linked with the 67th (South Hampshire) Regiment of Foot at district no. 40 in Lower Barracks, Winchester.
- On 1 July 1881, under the Childers Reforms, the 37th amalgamated with the 67th to form the Hampshire Regiment (later the Royal Hampshire Regiment).

Depot
- Lower Barracks, Winchester

Battle honours and leadership existed, but the regiment’s story is essentially one of long service across many wars, from the War of the Spanish Succession to the late 19th century, ending with its merger into a new Hampshire regiment.
