2026 CONCACAF Women’s U-17 Qualifiers – Round One

The Round One tournament is the first step to reach the final round for the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. The four top-seeded teams (United States, Mexico, Canada, and Puerto Rico) automatically advance to the final round, while 28 other teams compete for the remaining eight spots in that round.

How it works
- Format: 28 teams are divided into six groups. Each group winner and the two best runners-up advance to the final round.
- Final round: The eight teams from Round One join the four top seeds in the final round (making 12 teams total) to compete for qualification to the World Cup.
- Seeding and draw: The group-stage draw was held on 15 October 2025 at CONCACAF Headquarters in Miami. Teams were seeded based on the CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 Ranking as of April 2025.
- Ranking the runners-up: The best second-placed teams are decided using a weighted points system that considers total points and the number of matches played.

- Dates: 24 January – 2 February 2026
- Venues: Four host locations across four cities
