Gustavo Alfredo Leite Gusinky (born February 28, 1962) is a Paraguayan businessman and politician who serves as Paraguay's ambassador to the United States, a role he has held since 2023. He was a senator from June 30, 2023, to July 23, 2025, and previously served as Minister of Industry and Commerce from August 15, 2013, to August 15, 2018, in President Horacio Cartes's cabinet. Earlier, he was Planning Minister under Raúl Cubas Grau (1998–1999).

Leite studiedBusiness Administration at the University of California, Irvine (major in Finance, minor in Economics) and at Chapman University; he earned a Master in International Marketing at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland in 1988. He is a member of the Colorado Party and is married to Paola Serrati. During his time as minister, he was accused of seeking a $500,000 bribe from a meat processing plant businessman.
