Jack Draper won the 2025 BNP Paribas Open men’s singles title at Indian Wells, defeating Holger Rune 6–2, 6–2 in the final. It was Draper’s first Masters 1000 title and his third ATP Tour trophy. He became the second British player to win the event, after Cameron Norrie in 2021, and his victory put him in the ATP top 10 for the first time.

The final was notable for featuring two players born in the 2000s, the first time a Masters 1000 final had two such players. Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz lost in the semifinals to Draper. The tournament also marked five American men reaching the fourth round, the first time in 21 years. Ben Shelton became the youngest American to reach the quarterfinals since Andy Roddick in 2004. Yosuke Watanuki, ranked No. 349 and entering via a protected ranking, reached the fourth round—the lowest-ranked player to do so since Tommy Haas in 2004.

Notes: All seeds received byes into the second round; seedings were based on the March 3, 2025 rankings.
