Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, BAuA) is a German federal agency under the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. It is responsible for safety and health at work throughout Germany. The headquarters are in Dortmund, with offices in Berlin, Dresden and Chemnitz. Isabel Rothe has been the president since November 2007.
