The 2024 ACC Women's Premier Cup was the inaugural edition of the event, held in Malaysia from 10 to 18 February 2024. Sixteen teams competed in 31 matches.

The United Arab Emirates won the title, beating hosts Malaysia by 37 runs in the final to claim their first Premier Cup trophy. Malaysia finished as runners-up.

The Cup was part of the qualification pathway for the 2024 Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup. The Asian Cricket Council later announced that four teams—United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Nepal, and Thailand—would advance to the Asia Cup, expanding beyond the originally planned finalists. UAE, Malaysia, Nepal, and Thailand reached the Asia Cup.

Individual honors went to Esha Oza, named Player of the Tournament, who also scored the most runs in the event (249). The leading wicket-taker was Heena Hotchandani with 13 wickets.

Pre-tournament, Malaysia hosted Kuwait for a three-match T20I series from February 4 to 6. Malaysia won all three games. The top run-scorers were Wan Julia and Amna Tariq with 73 runs each, while Mahirah Izzati Ismail took the most wickets (6) and Maria Jasvi took 5.
