Ayako Jinnouchi (陣内 綾子), born January 21, 1987, is a Japanese middle-distance runner who competes mainly in the 800 meters and 1500 meters. She is 165 cm tall and weighs 51 kg. Her personal bests are 2:03.37 for the 800 m (2009) and 4:10.08 for the 1500 m (2013).

Jinnouchi represented Japan in the 800 m at the 2007 World Championships but did not reach the semifinals. She won bronze medals in the 800 m at the Asian Championships in 2005, 2007, 2013, and 2017.
