2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification Group I
Group I was one of the groups in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification. It included four teams: DR Congo, Gabon, Mauritania, and Sudan. They played a home-and-away round-robin from 4 June 2022 to 9 September 2023. DR Congo finished first and Mauritania second, so both qualified for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations finals. A total of 25 goals were scored in 12 matches, averaging about 2.08 goals per game.
