2022–23 Coupe de France preliminary rounds, Corsica
The 2022–23 Coupe de France Corsica preliminary rounds decide which Corsican clubs enter the main competition from the seventh round. Two teams will qualify.
Last season (2021–22), both Corsican qualifiers, FC Bastia-Borgo and Gazélec Ajaccio, reached the eighth round. Bastia-Borgo lost to ES Cannet Rocheville, a team two divisions below them, while Gazélec Ajaccio were knocked out by Red Star F.C.
On 18 August 2022, the Corsican league announced that 33 teams from the region had entered the competition. The qualifying structure is as follows:
- Preliminary round: six clubs, drawn from Régional 3 and Régional 4, play to produce two winners. This round is the equivalent of the second round in other regions.
- Third round: the two winners join all other Corsican clubs from Championnat National 3 and below.
Key draws and rounds:
- The third-round draw was published on 1 September 2022.
- The fourth-round draw (entry of one Championnat National 2 team from the region) was published on 15 September 2022.
- The fifth-round draw (entry of one Championnat National team from the region) was published on 29 September 2022.
- The sixth-round draw was published on 10 October 2022.
Match dates:
- 4 September 2022: preliminary round
- 10–11 September 2022: third round
- 24–25 September 2022: fourth round
- 7–9 October 2022: fifth round
- 16 October 2022: sixth round
Two Corsican teams will qualify to join the main competition from the seventh round.
