Safsar (Persian: صف سر) is a neighborhood in the city of Rasht, in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran. It sits at 37°16′07″N 49°33′19″E (about 37.2686°N, 49.5553°E) and follows Iran Standard Time (UTC+3:30).

Population history:
- 2006: 835 people in 213 households, as a village in Pasikhan Rural District.

- 2016: 1,703 people in 507 households.

After the 2016 census, Safsar was annexed by the city of Rasht.
