Joe Neal Beeler (1931–2006) was an American artist known for Western-themed art. He was a sculptor, painter, and illustrator. In 1965 he co-founded the Cowboy Artists of America (CAA) with Charlie Dye, John Hampton, and George Phippen.

Beeler was born December 25, 1931, in Joplin, Missouri. His parents were Jack Beeler and Lean Setser, and he said he had Cherokee ancestry. He loved drawing from a young age and studied at Kansas State Teachers College (now Pittsburg State University) and later at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.

After school, he worked as an illustrator for the University of Oklahoma Press. His career grew after a solo show at the Gilcrease Museum.

In 1962 he moved with his family to Sedona, Arizona, where he lived until his death. His work has been shown in many museums.

Beeler died on April 26, 2006, at age 74. He collapsed from a heart attack while helping neighbors rope and brand calves.
