Fringe-tailed gerbil (Gerbilliscus robustus) is a small rodent found in parts of Africa. It is classified as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List. It lives in dry and moist savannas, dry lowland grasslands, arable land, and urban areas. It is present in Central African Republic, Chad, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Niger, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda, with possible populations in Cameroon and Nigeria. The scientific name is Gerbilliscus robustus.
