Jaume Munar won the 2018 Città di Caltanissetta singles title, beating Matteo Donati 6–2, 7–6(7–2) in the final. The defending champion, Paolo Lorenzi, was eliminated in the first round by Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. The tournament featured singles and doubles events.
