The 2012–13 OK Liga was the 44th season of Spain’s top roller hockey league. The competition ran from October 2012 to June 15, 2013, with 16 teams taking part.

Coinasa Liceo won the league title by a single point, claiming their seventh championship and their first since the 1992–93 season. FC Barcelona finished as runners-up. The top scorer of the season was Raül Pelicano with 44 goals. Relegated to the Primera División were Fergo Aisa Sant Feliu and Enrile PAS Alcoy.

The 2013 Copa del Rey, the 70th edition of Spain’s men’s roller hockey cup, was played in Oviedo from February 28 to March 3, 2013. It featured the eight teams that led at the halfway point of the season. Moritz Vendrell won its first Copa del Rey title, with Reus Deportiu finishing as runners-up. The final rounds were held at the Palacio de los Deportes in Oviedo.
