The 2012 Greek Cup final was the 68th final of the Greek Cup. It was played on 28 April 2012 at the Olympic Stadium in Athens. Atromitos faced Olympiacos and lost 1–2 after extra time. Rafik Djebbour of Olympiacos was named Man of the Match. The attendance was 41,500 and the weather was partly cloudy at 15°C.

This final marked Atromitos’ second straight Greek Cup final in their 89-year history, while Olympiacos were in their 36th final in 87 years. The Athens Olympic Stadium, opened in 1982 and renovated in 2004, has hosted many big matches and events, including three European Cup/Champions League finals (1983, 1994, 2007). Atromitos had previously reached the final in 2011, losing to AEK Athens 3–0. Olympiacos had appeared in 35 prior finals, winning 24; their last final before 2012 was in 2009, when they beat AEK Athens on penalties after a 4–4 draw. The two teams had never met in a Greek Cup final before this match.
