Harriet Barber House is a historic home in Hopkins, South Carolina. Built in 1880, it is noted for its distinctive architecture. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 27, 1986, as part of the Lower Richland County Multiple Resource Area. In 2023, descendants of the Barber family who led the preservation effort received a South Carolina preservation award from Governor Henry McMaster.
