The 2000 All-SEC football team lists the best Southeastern Conference players from the 2000 season. Auburn running back Rudi Johnson was the unanimous AP Offensive Player of the Year, and Tennessee defensive tackle John Henderson was the unanimous AP Defensive Player of the Year.
