1999 European Athletics U23 Championships – Men's 110 metres hurdles
The event was held at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden, on July 31 and August 1, 1999. The competition began with heats on July 31, where the first three finishers in each heat and the next four fastest advanced to the semifinals. The semifinals took place on August 1, with the top four in each heat qualifying for the final. About 24 athletes from 16 countries competed.
