The 1975–76 KNVB Cup was the 58th edition of the Dutch national knockout football cup. It involved 46 teams and ran from 6 September 1975 to 7 April 1976. Defending champions FC Den Haag were defeated by PSV 3–2 in the Round of 16.

PSV won the cup, beating Roda JC 1–0 after extra time in the final at De Kuip, Rotterdam, on 7 April 1976. Attendance at the final was 32,760. By also winning the Eredivisie that season, PSV completed the league and cup double.

Because PSV qualified for the European Cup (as Eredivisie champions), the cup runners-up Roda JC entered the Cup Winners’ Cup next season.

Competition schedule:
- First round: 6–7 September 1975 (featuring Eerste Divisie and amateur teams)
- Second round: 12 October 1975 (Eredivisie clubs entered)
- Round of 16: 6–7 November 1975
- Quarterfinals: 25–29 February 1976
- Semifinals: 10 March 1976
