Peter James William Young (born 14 September 1986) is an English former first-class cricketer. He was born in Hammersmith, London, and educated at Wellington College and Oxford Brookes University. While at Oxford Brookes, he played first-class cricket for Oxford UCCE from 2006 to 2008, appearing in nine matches. He scored 280 runs at an average of 23.33, with a top score of 54, his only half-century. As a right-arm fast-medium bowler, he took 4 wickets, with best figures of 1/26. His brother Ed Young also played first-class cricket.
