2013 World Wheelchair Curling Championship – Qualification Event

The qualification event for the 2013 World Wheelchair Curling Championship was held November 3–8, 2012 at the Kisakallio Sports Institute in Lohja, Finland. It was open to any national team not already qualified.

Eleven teams competed, including Finland, Latvia, and Turkey making their first world appearances. After the round-robin stage, four teams advanced to the playoffs: Finland, Norway, Italy, and Latvia. In the first playoff, Norway defeated Finland 8–3 to take the first World Championship berth. In the second playoff, Italy defeated Latvia 7–4 to reach the second qualifier. In the Second Place Game, Finland beat Italy 9–7 to secure the second spot.

The two qualifiers were Norway and Finland, who joined the eight top teams from the previous World Championship at the 2013 Worlds in Sochi, Russia.
