1939 All-Pacific Coast football team (summary)
Selections were made by the Associated Press (AP) and United Press (UP).
USC won the Pacific Coast Conference title with an 8–0–2 record and finished No. 3 in the final AP poll. Three USC players earned first-team honors: Grenny Lansdell (quarterback), Harry Smith (guard), and Phil Gaspar (tackle).
UCLA finished second in the PCC with a 6–0–4 record and was No. 7 in the final AP poll. Two UCLA players were named to first teams: Kenny Washington (halfback) and Woodrow Strode (end).
Two players from outside the PCC received first-team honors: Bill Anahu (end) and John Schiechl (center), both from Santa Clara.
