Brewster Bulldogs

Brewster Bulldogs were a minor league ice hockey team in the Federal Hockey League based in Brewster, New York. They played in the 2015–16 season at the Brewster Ice Arena and were coached by David Lun.

The team formed after the Danbury Whalers left Danbury because the arena would not renew its contract. The Federal Hockey League approved a new Brewster team, owned by Bruce Bennett and Edward Crowe. During a reorganization, there were plans related to the Danbury Titans, and a temporary name Stateline Whalers was mentioned, but on July 18 the owners announced the Brewster team would be the Brewster Bulldogs with no connection to the Whalers.

The Bulldogs did not make the playoffs in the six-team league in the 2015–16 season. In June 2016, Bennett said he would stop operating the Bulldogs to focus on the Danbury Titans, and the team ceased operations on July 14, 2016.
