The 1934 Duke Blue Devils football team represented Duke University in the Southern Conference during the 1934 college football season. In Wallace Wade's fourth year as head coach, Duke posted a 7–2 record, with a 3–1 mark in the Southern Conference. They outscored opponents 185 to 40. The team's MVP was Earle Wentz, and the captain was Jack Dunlap. Home games were played at Duke Stadium in Durham, North Carolina. The team used the single-wing offense.
