SpectraLayers is a digital audio editor from Steinberg that lets you work with sound in the spectral domain. You view audio as a spectrogram and can extract, restore, or creatively shape sounds. The interface works like an image editor, which makes visual editing intuitive for many users.

Origins and ownership
- It first launched as Sony SpectraLayers, published by Divide Frame in 2012.
- Sony Creative Software’s products were mostly sold to MAGIX in 2016.
- Steinberg acquired SpectraLayers in 2019 and has continued development.
