1932–33 Chester F.C. season

The 1932–33 season was Chester’s second in the Football League, competing in the Third Division North. Managed by Charlie Hewitt, the team played at Sealand Road. Chester finished 4th in the league, reached the Fourth round of the FA Cup, and won the Welsh Cup. Joe Mantle was the top scorer, with 34 league goals and 39 in all competitions. The highest home attendance was 16,835 for the Wrexham derby on 4 February, and the lowest was 4,977 against York City on 29 March. The average home league attendance was 8,136, the second-highest in the division.
