109 Squadron (Israel)
109 Squadron, The Valley Squadron, is a unit of the Israeli Air Force based at Ramat David Air Base. Its role is air defense, and it currently operates F-16D fighter jets. The squadron was formed in July 1951 and began with De Havilland Mosquito aircraft (FB Mk.VI and PR Mk XVI).
