Tito Caluag, born Carmelo A. Caluag on November 4, 1958, in Manila, is a Filipino Jesuit priest, educator, and author. He serves as the Executive Director of Caritas Philippines, the social-action arm of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines.

He is the son of Rodolfo M. Caluag and Josefa H. Caluag. He earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo de Manila University in 1980 and began teaching there in 1979. He joined the Society of Jesus in 1983 and was ordained a priest in 1993. He earned a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Fordham University, focusing on Jesuit secondary school administration.

Caluag has worked extensively in education. He taught at Ateneo de Manila University (1979–1983) and later served as faculty and guidance counselor at Ateneo de Zamboanga University (1987–1991). He became the faculty spiritual formation director at Ateneo de Manila University in 1987. In June 2024, he became the Executive Director of Caritas Philippines.

He is a vocal advocate for social justice and ethical governance. He has called for action against corruption and for people to come together to overcome it. He hosted Proyekto Pilipino, a show about civic discussions and nation-building, and he wrote the prayer guide Only Your Grace. He is known for offering compassionate spiritual support to those who are grieving, and for writings and talks that emphasize faith, resilience, and community.
