Adam Wolff (14 August 1899 – 17 February 1984) was a Polish historian and sailor. He represented Poland in sailing at the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam, competing in the 12-foot dinghy class. Born in Warsaw when it was part of the Russian Empire, he later died in Warsaw, Poland. He sailed for the Warsaw club Rodziny Urzędniczej Warszawa.
